These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeightedAI (the "Service"), operated by WeightedAI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WeightedAI generates personalized workout and nutrition plans using artificial intelligence, informed by training principles set by our coaching team. Plans are generated based on information you provide (goals, experience level, equipment, injuries or limitations, and other preferences) and are intended for general fitness purposes only.
WeightedAI provides AI-generated fitness plans for informational purposes only. This is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries. Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. By using the Service, you acknowledge these risks and assume full personal responsibility for your health and safety. WeightedAI and its creators are not liable for any injury or adverse outcome resulting from use of this Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
WeightedAI offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, at the price and frequency shown at the time you subscribe. By subscribing, you give express affirmative consent to be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel an active subscription at any time, immediately and online, from your account settings — no phone call or additional steps required. Cancelling stops future renewal; you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
If you have an active subscription, we will send you a reminder at least once a year identifying the plan, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel. For the Annual plan specifically, we will also send notice 15-45 days before each annual renewal with the same information. These reminders are sent to the email address on your account.
Unlimited (monthly): Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time; you will retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and the subscription will not renew after that.
Unlimited Annual: If you request a refund within 7 days of your annual charge, we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but you may still cancel at any time to prevent renewal — you will retain access through the end of your current annual term.
Individual (single workout): Payments are non-refundable once a workout has been generated, as this is a completed digital deliverable. If a technical error on our end prevents a workout from generating successfully, contact us for a refund.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent usage limits, access the Service through unauthorized automated means, or interfere with its normal operation.
Workout and nutrition plans are generated using artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies. Plans are provided for your personal use and are not intended for resale or redistribution.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeightedAI and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury resulting from following a generated plan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
